(1) The total length, width and thickness of the letter should not exceed 900 mm and one of the dimensions of the length, width and thickness should not exceed 600 mm. If it is wrapped and rounded, adding the length and twice the diameter (diameter) can be up to 1040 mm. But one dimension should not exceed 900 mm.
(2) In the case of thin size letters, the length and width should not be less than 140x90 mm and if wrapped and rounded, the length and twice the diameter should be up to 170 mm. But one dimension should not be less than 100 mm.
(3) The maximum weight of the letter should not exceed two kilos. There should be enough space on the front of the letter for the address, postage stamp, label to be affixed by the post office.
